What exactly is the 360° Diagnosis and what does it include?

It is a 4-week integrated audit covering two simultaneous axes: the financial/tax axis (financial statements, tax burden, SII compliance, unused benefits) and the technological/digital axis (digital maturity, security, automation, AI). The result is an executive report with a prioritized roadmap of 10–15 initiatives, each with an estimated savings or projected return, plus a 90-minute presentation session.

How long does the 360° Diagnosis take?

Accepted Answer

3 to 5 weeks from when we receive access to the necessary documentation. Week 1: information gathering. Weeks 2–3: parallel analysis on both axes and cross-referencing findings. Weeks 4–5: report writing, roadmap and presentation session.

Accepted Answer

Companies with 10 to 200 employees that do not have a dedicated CFO or CTO and feel they are paying more taxes than they should, or that their technology systems are holding them back. It is also ideal for companies in accelerated growth, restructuring, or those wanting to prepare to raise capital or receive investment.

Why hire one firm instead of an accountant and a technology consultancy separately?

Because when they are separate teams, their recommendations do not talk to each other. A tax saving can have technological implications, and an investment in systems can impact financial planning. KaiNext cross-references findings between both axes and delivers integrated recommendations — something two independent firms cannot do.

What about the confidentiality of financial and operational information?

Accepted Answer

We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before starting any engagement. All documentation is handled with strict security protocols and deleted at the end of the project as agreed. We do not share our clients' information with third parties under any circumstances.

What are the prices and how is payment structured?

Accepted Answer

The 360° Diagnosis starts from $1,800,000 CLP depending on company size. Separate audits (financial or technological) range from $700,000 to $2,500,000 CLP. The Monthly Retainer starts from $350,000 CLP/month. Payment is structured as 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery of the report.
