It is a 4-week integrated audit covering two simultaneous axes: the financial/tax axis (financial statements, tax burden, SII compliance, unused benefits) and the technological/digital axis (digital maturity, security, automation, AI). The result is an executive report with a prioritized roadmap of 10–15 initiatives, each with an estimated savings or projected return, plus a 90-minute presentation session.

3 to 5 weeks from when we receive access to the necessary documentation. Week 1: information gathering. Weeks 2–3: parallel analysis on both axes and cross-referencing findings. Weeks 4–5: report writing, roadmap and presentation session.

We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before starting any engagement. All documentation is handled with strict security protocols and deleted at the end of the project as agreed. We do not share our clients' information with third parties under any circumstances.

What are the prices and how is payment structured?

Accepted Answer

The 360° Diagnosis starts from $1,800,000 CLP depending on company size. Separate audits (financial or technological) range from $700,000 to $2,500,000 CLP. The Monthly Retainer starts from $350,000 CLP/month. Payment is structured as 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery of the report.
