1. Acceptance of Terms
LORE is a platform provided by KaiNext. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. AI Content & Intellectual Property
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate stories. LORE does not claim ownership over the specific text generated by the AI based on your unique inputs. However, you grant LORE a worldwide, perpetual license to host and display this content within the app.
You are prohibited from using the Service to train competing machine learning models or scraping data for commercial AI development.
3. Energy Credits
Interaction with the AI requires "Energy". Energy is a virtual unit within LORE with no monetary value outside the platform.
Free accounts receive daily energy refills (3 units). Premium users receive an increased capacity (100 units). Energy manipulation or unauthorized exploits will result in permanent account suspension.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Premium plans are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective App Store and are generally not provided by LORE for partial subscription months.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the AI to generate:
- Explicitly illegal or non-consensual sexual content.
- Content that promotes real-world violence or hate speech.
- Malware, phishing, or deceptive technical instructions.
Content Moderation (V2 - User Generated Stories)
In future versions where users can create and share stories:
- Reported content will be reviewed within 72 hours
- Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban
- Appeals can be submitted via email within 14 days of action
- We use a combination of automated filters and human review
For V1.0, all stories are official and pre-moderated by LORE.
6. Limitation of Liability
AI-generated content may be unpredictable or inaccurate. LORE and KaiNext are not responsible for the fictional outputs of the AI or any real-world actions taken based on such content. The Service is provided "as-is".
7. Age Requirement
You must be at least 17 years old to create an account and use LORE. The Service contains mature themes including:
- Violence and intense fictional scenarios
- Strong language
- Mature narrative content
By using LORE, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user under 17 has created an account, we will terminate it immediately without notice. Parents or guardians who allow minors to use their accounts do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for monitoring usage.
8. User Generated Content (Future Feature)
Currently, all stories in LORE are created and curated by our team. In future versions, users may be able to create and share their own story prompts.
- You will retain ownership of story prompts you create
- You grant LORE a license to host and distribute your content
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these Terms
LORE reserves the right to remove content that violates our guidelines
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile (República de Chile), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction
- Primary Jurisdiction: Courts of Santiago, Chile have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms
- International Users: By using LORE, you consent to the jurisdiction of Chilean courts
- Consumer Protection: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under local law
Language
The controlling language of these Terms is English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
10. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a lawsuit, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve disputes informally.
Informal Resolution

- 2. Describe the issue in detail
- 3. We will respond within 7 business days with a proposed resolution
- 4. Good faith negotiation period: 30 days
Arbitration (Optional)
If informal resolution fails, you may choose binding arbitration:
- Arbitration Body: Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación de Santiago (CAM Santiago)
- Rules: Chilean Arbitration Law
- Language: English or Spanish
- Costs: Split equally unless arbitrator decides otherwise
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of law, that provision will be:
- Limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary
- Replaced with a valid provision that best reflects the intent
- Severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of remaining provisions
The remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LORE regarding use of the Service.
Supersedes Prior Agreements
These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings (written or oral) between you and LORE.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by LORE.
